Our Research Centers cover cultural studies, language preservation, and social development. We aim to understand and document the traditional knowledge and lifestyle of Taiwan's Indigenous Peoples and protect these cultural heritages.
Center for International Indigenous Affairs (CIIA)

The CIIA has built connections academically with universities from around the world, such as in Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, continental United States, Canada, Aotearoa New Zealand, Austria, and Sami Land (Norway and Finland), among many other countries and nations.

Center for Taiwanese Indigenous Knowledge System Construction (TIKAC)
Room B119, College of Indigenous Studies
The establishment of Indigenous Knowledge Systems is a crucial policy of the Council of Indigenous Peoples, positioning Taiwan as a global leader in this endeavor. To further the development of knowledge systems among diverse ethnic groups, research centers have been established for all 16 indigenous peoples, marking the completion of this milestone initiative at the end of last year.

The Community Health Station is promoted by the Council of Indigenous Peoples in an independent operation form and is also the most representative service system in the welfare service delivery system for Indigenous peoples.
